The entry forms below are for the 2025 season. Please note, these are version 2 as the initial forms had a different entry deadline, but otherwise these forms are the same as the version 1 forms.

Word entry forms allow you to work offline, work collaboratively as a team, and to keep a record of your entry. Use of them is optional. Please note that entries must be submitted through the online entry platform once it is open. If there is a discrepancy between the Word entry forms and the online entry platform, the online entry platform takes precedent.
